Fitness First London Angel

Lol - I signed up to a 6 month membership. Paid, didn't use it for a few days, had £39 taken from my account, froze it for 1 month, at least I thought I did .. had another £8 taken .. decided to unfreeze, was asked to pay £32 to unfreeze :D I've not actually used the gym yet :D:D:D:D now I want to cancel my membership and I'm being told I have to unfreeze, pay the fee - just so that I can cancel. I don't think so ... FITNESS FIRST NEVER AGAIN. + no customer service line. This is so poor it's actually quite funny..

Great gym and friendly staff! Had a PT lesson with Camille and it was fantastic, she was really knowledgeable and attentive to my needs and goals! 10/10 definitely recommend !

Wonderful experience at the gym. The staff was extremely proffeisional and carried themselves well. Especially a young gentlemen whose name I forgot....showed me how to use a variety of equipment within the gym as well as helping me start conversation with a variety of different people within the gym floor.

The gym is extremely well kept, myself and wife have praised the staff telling them that the cleaners have left the place shining every time we attend the gym. As well as the staff being ontop of the towels as well as making sure no problems arise within the gym itself.

Excellent facilities (incl. steam room and sauna), friendly staff - really enjoyed my Trax Challenge! Beth was exceptional and pushed me to my limits.

FAB-U-LOUS Zumba class with David, great fun great energy!! The ladies changing rooms and showers were absolutely spotless. The young lady cleaning there this evening kept the facilities immaculate. Thank you to Said and colleague on reception

Gym is extremely well kept, the staff also make sure that the members have good gym etiqette by cleaning afterthemselves, as well as the staff helping people by explaining how to use the different variety of equipment at the gym.

I’ve been struggling with the demands of a high pressure job, but coming to fitness first in Angel restores my calm and gives me my strength to be the best I can be at whatever I do. Big thanks to Barbora, Said and Enzo, and rest of the team, as every time I see them they always have great words of motivation and support me in all my fitness goals. Best gym ever 🤩

I have love/hate feelings about this gym. The people are fantastic and their customer service is superb. A big shout out to Carly and Enzo! But the gym in itself is currently a disaster: flooded studios, ripped cealing in the main gym area, and tonight there wasn't any hot water... I really hope their head office can sort things out speedily!!!
