I am your customer and I agree that we don’t pay a lot for our monthly card. It’s a good value for money. But! It’s too dirty! I took pics of the toilet when I came to the gym, and nothing changed when I was leaving it... nobody cleaned toilets during 2,5 hours... that’s not acceptable for such a bit leisure center with a huge amount of visitors!
It’s always dirty there. Even if sometimes cleaners come- they clean the floor and nothing else, unfortunately...

I regularly find that Better's facilities are unclean and rundown (especially the bathrooms). I also have experienced poor service from staff and find that their membership policies are extremely inflexible, specifically for cancellations. My advice is to go somewhere else.

Overall the atmosphere here is really nice but they've not updated their equipment for as long as I can remember in about 6-7 years or so apart from the rearrangement here and there, but I feel they genuinely need to update and add more variety in equipment otherwise they will be left behind especially with puregym in swiss cottage that has recently opened that other members have joined from better gym along with anytime fitness in swiss cottage and also another branch on chalk farm which I've heard existing members at this gym plan and have joined

switched from gym group in hampstead to here a few days ago and so far so good. very big, people actually clean the equipment, friendly staff, lockers work well, and good quality machines. the views and layout from upstairs is quit cool. really impressed

Mens showers are not clean.
The hand drier is filthy inside, which needs to be properly cleaned.

Otherwise, the centre has a good, well equipped gym

It's quite compact, and it's only good value for money if you've got the membership which makes a session about £2. Otherwise it's close to £7 per kid, so definitely get the membership

Very poor centre, the sauna room is horrific, the wood is coming apart, the metal pins have risen up and anyone that steps on it, it will cut them open, the wood if you step on it,it rises and u can fall through . It’s a serious safety matter. The worse centre ever.

This place is huge and has a lot of facilities. The location is convenient. It feels like a community place e.g. school when you walk into the leisure centre. Easy to book online and they managed to operate classes with social distancing (e.g. spinning).
