You kids will absolutely love it here there are different areas for different age groups. 2 big slides, rapids, 2 smaller slides, Jacuzzis.

I'm only negative would be we needed disabled changing room which was out of order. We used a family changing room instead. There isn't many of them so had a bit of a wait for one.

The overall cleanliness of the toilets and changing room isn't great but there is so many people in and out it must be hard to keep on top of it

There is lots of parking and a nice little park to play in after swimming

A modern swimming complex on the ground floor to cater to all ages including babies and children

Top floor boasts a fully equipped gym which looks onto the pools or beautiful grounds outside.

There is a step free access and Rest rooms are spacious.

The staff is very friendly

And best part is that it's so cheap. Great for family days out.

You can picnic outside on beautiful greens or have kids run around in the playground outside the building.

Parking is FREE for users. Just collect a parking voucher at the reception to cover 4 hours stay.

For those interested in membership, it is cheap and they provide swimming classes for all ages as well as fitness classes.

After reading the reviews i wasn't very keen on going but I'm so glad we did. The kids had a great time as did the adults. It was nowhere near as dirty as people were making out, just what you would expect from people being in and out all day. You can't help the cleaniless and respect of individuals. Will definitely be going again!

I saw this place pnline as the pool looks really good however they never answer the phone, there's always an excuse when you question why they don't! Customer service is poor. I booked a session online and needed to change the date but instead of a refund they said they would credit my account. When I rang next time to re-book, no one answered! They also charged me for an under 5 year old when online it says under 5s are free. Its a real shame Aqua vale doesn't change there management and she train staff as I had a lot of issues with the buckingham one too with rudeness and just poor customer service.

I went in today enquiring about my membership etc as my first time and didn't no what to do, and the lady I spoke with behind the desk was absolutely amazing above and beyond, even had time to show me the gym and how the treadmill worked and asked if I'd like to no how anything else worked. I mentioned I was abut self conscious and she really put my mind at ease!! Thank you very much to her. Just wish I got her name so I could include in this review...

This place needs a good clean!!
If you like swimming in murky water with the occasional discarded wrist band going in your face, this is the place for you.
It has so much potential as it’s perfect for families and children, but it would really benefit from closing for a day or two just to give the place a deep clean.
Changing rooms and poolside steps/floor were covered in black mould.
Oh, and just when you think a nice warm shower will help wash the grime off of your body…… the showers are cold! Not a great experience.

Changing rooms, toilets and pool were dirty. Reception staff grumpy to the point of rude. Pool was too cold. Our 3 year old who was shivering after 20 minutes, even in a wetsuit so we had to leave.

The kids pool has a small pool suitable for perhaps up to 18 months (but again, way too cold) and then other areas of the kids pool probably aren't suitable until children are 8 years and above and competent swimmers. Nothing for kids in between.

Nice pool but what is the point of having warm water in the pool if than all the shower are freezing cold.On top of that hairdryers works with coins however when I ased the receptionist to change £5 she informed me they works cashless. Onece I informed the receptionist of my disappointment she looked very surprise and told me she would pass on my comment, witch I doubt. Clineless just acceptable but can be improved.
