Empire Gym & Studios

I feel like I've done a tour of all major gyms in the area the last few years, but I am more than happy to stay here now. A great gym, not to expensive and welcoming. I struggle with my hearing so doing group classes has always been hard for me. But I am now a regular at vibe classes here. The instructors are really good and I follow their hand movements and i am doing fine.

Just recently joined this gym and think it's great. All staff are really friendly and go the extra mile to help you get the best out of your sessions. Facilities and equipment are top class and everywhere spotlessly clean. Great place 👍

Excellent gym with 3 floors. Always updating machines. Heavier weight room downstairs also all types of class available. Programmes written if required and good tutoring to make sure the exercise is performed correctly. In all, the best gym I've been to.

Just gone back after five and a half months of home training.
And I think it's even better than before.
I was always a bit OCD on cleaning anyway ,so no biggy.
Great to see the staff again, who are always helpful and friendly.

Nice size gym for CV, weights are OK but dated with lots of wear; the weights area upstairs is cramped with limited space on the benches. Also didn't feel particularly clean even though the cleaners were going around at the end of the session (so I am sure u was), must be the 'character' of the building 💪

Staff is spot on. Helpful and friendly. All the right equipment is there. If I had to "criticize" I'd like a bigger stretching/abs area and the walls could be less "yang" and masculine (grey and blue??)🤕 😅

Hi ya I have been attending empire gym for the last 2 and half weeks its amazing place my own personal trainer for 12 weeks as I got referred through my doctor I wished I had done it earlier in my life but you learn as you go on staff are all friendly and helpful
