Grilling workout. Wish the length per session could be extended to 45 minutes (currently 30mins).

Best workout ever!!! I love coming to 9Round Cannon Street, all the trainers are fantastic, especially Neil and Kai. Going boxing is the highlight of my day. Everyone should join!

I have never been one to go to the gym. I found it intimidating and didn’t really know what I was doing. Gyms genuinely loved me because I was one of those members that would sign up but never go.

I walked past 9round two or three times before and one day thought I’d take advantage of a trial. I am so grateful that I did. The staff are incredible, especially Neil. Originally starting off 1-2 days a week and really struggling, I now go at least 3 times a week. It’s basically semi personal trained, you’re shown what you need to do and you don’t need to think. You’re exercise is laid out for you. You also get time on the pads which I’m a great fan of! I’ve gone from someone who never really did anything, to looking forward to my lunchtime workout.

I’ve seen amazing results - I’ve lost a stone and am fitter in my mid 30’s than I was in my 20’s and only getting fitter and leaner. It truly has been life changing.

It’s great value for money too - PT in London is more expensive on its own, let alone with the gym membership added. I particularly like the community feel. This is not a gym membership - you regularly cheer others on and it’s massively motivational and a great vibe! I couldn’t recommend more

I bloody love this place. I’ve tried lots of various gym memberships and classes in the past but this one is by far the most engaging, fun and effective. Neil is a great trainer and the vibe and energy in the place is superb so thanks for making working out actually an enjoyable part of the day!

I have been going to 9rounds for the past 4 months and it is always the best part of my day! The trainers are always so full of energy and pump me up to have a great workout. The short 30 minute class is as intense as you want it to be, and the trainers are great at giving technique tips making me feel confident to take people in a fight! 10/10 recommend!!

Brilliant friendly gym with a great vibe for a HIIT workout. Based around boxing moves, what’s not to like - from skipping to punching and kicking with some strength based moves to complete the circuit I felt energised and worked on equal measure.

This is a must for anyone in need of a fitness hit and a friendly welcome. Thank you coaches Neil and Sophie. You are fabulous 🎉

Cool idea for an individual kickbox workout on your own schedule and the trainer is all pumped up, space is decent. However, there is very little boxing/combat you do- its more of a series of high intensity exercises. And the biggest flaw is that there is no time allocated for warm up or stretching after which can be outright dangerous.

I've been working at 9round for just over a year now! The workouts are super-efficient and effective. Perfect for anyone who is on a tight schedule to fit in a 30-minute workout where you'll burn on avenge 400+ calories everytime. As well as working up a sweat you'll learn some kickboxing fundamentals such as Front Kicks, Side Kicks, Round Kicks and more! Come down and give it a try :)
