Rise Gym Welwyn Garden City

Top tier gym 👌 every staff member is polite and helpful. There always really welcoming and ready to answer any questions. Walking into a gym can be intimidating, but I've never felt that at Rise. The equipment is top quality, and the gym is always spotless. And the staff have put extra measures in place to keep the gym clean and safe after lockdown.

I joined Rise Gym 2 years ago after my previous gym closed down, the staff are amazing and welcoming, the equipment are always up to date and cleansed. Its a great atmosphere to workout. I have attended two group classes in my time here which is enjoyable and motivating. I definitely recommend this gym and their classers

I have absolutely loved this gym from day one. And everyone who works there are so friendly, kind and welcoming everyday. I highly recommend this gym! I never feel intimidated or judged or anything by anyone, ever! Nothing but support and motivation from the moment you walk in to the farewell on the way out.

Upon relocating to Welwyn, it was a pleasure finding a 'Gymbox' style gym. Having a pleasant environment makes it much easier to want to go to the gym daily. It really does make a world of difference and is worth the splurge.

A great gym, it has everything you need and plenty of space to workout in. I had a session with personal trainer Charlie, he was knowledgeable and patient, tough but friendly and gave me a great variety of exercises. The classes are really good and never crowded. The gym is clean and the staff lovely, I will recommend it to my friends.

Great gym, staff are friendly always greet on entering and say bye. Equipment is very good. Very happy since joining. A stepper would be nice but hey can’t have everything. Would definitely highly recommend.

Nice well equipped gym. Clean and staff are very courteous. I bought a day pass and used most of the equipment. Will be going back again.
