Great gym. Great atmosohere. Richard and his team take their time to make everyone feel welcome, regardless of your experience you'll feel welcome and be able to relax and enjoy your class.

Great place to go for a number of martial arts and boxing sessions. Well kitted out. Kenny in particular who is one of the boxing trainers, makes you feel welcome and gives great advice and encouragement for people at all expertise levels. Highly recommended
