It's cheap compared to many other gyms, but you get what you pay for. No coffee bar or sauna here! There are usually several broken running machines at any given time, but they have quite a few so there are usually enough to go around. Good variety of machines and weights. Don't expect much cooperation if you have any sort of financial dispute. Clean and tidy.

Good gym for the low monthly fee and no contract to be tied into. Equipment in relatively good condition although concept 2 rowing machines don't appear to have any power for the displays.

It's quieter in the weekday mornings and very busy in the evenings which is probably true of most gyms, especially in January. Negatives so far are, not enough lockers if using in the evening and the showers are push button operated. This means they shut every 20 seconds and the water starts off very cold!

Low cost gym with genuinely decent equipment. Mixture of regular and new gym goers of all levels. Lifting platforms, dumbbells up to 50kg , squat racks and full range of machines. Can be very busy but a friendly atmosphere with good staff.

This is a great place to work out. A hidden gem, or gym. Ouch... It’s in a super convenient place with tons of free parking. (You can hop into Lidl on the way back to your car.)
It’s clean, there’s loads of equipment and the staff are super helpful. In fact so are the members - I’m a beginner with weights and people there are always happy to help me out as I figure it all out.
All of this and it’s about £15 a month.

I’ve been to a lot of gyms in Maidstone, body building and around fitness gyms but this has to be one of the best because it covers both parts. The staff are always friendly and great at giving advice, the gym is always clean and the weights are always back where they belong. Great gym highly recommend it.

Staff are nice when their present. If your going to advertise a women’s only bit in a gym then at least make sure you can use it in peak times because it’s never free due to classes. The downstairs main bit gets WAY to crowded after work times and really limits to what you can use. Also cancelling your direct debit after paying then adding another charge on when you haven’t even been in two months it’s taking the mick to be honest. I would go here if you want a cheap gym but don’t expect much! Funny thing is I’ve only ever been to this gym and have nothing to compare it with but even I know these standards are low compared to what other gyms offer because quite frankly some of it couldn’t get much worse. A lot of the pins for the weight machine are missing also and the other things ever really available are cardio facilities if you go early.

This gym is great for the price, they have a really good selection of equipment for whatever you want to do. TruGym regularly hosts competitions to see for instance who can plank for the longest or do the most sit-ups. Staff are usually welcoming. The changing rooms are a good size, as are the lockers and showers.

Reasonably priced, friendly helpful staff and users, never had any problems here only downsides are equipment could use some TLC and possibly opening a little earlier but overall a good gym.
