A great place to train whether you're a beginner or an experienced boxer. I have been going to Box Fitness for 4 months now and I have loved every session. Tony is a great coach with years of experience who adapts his lessons to suit your training needs. Can't wait for my next session!

A really good, friendly gym. I've been training with Tony (off-and-on) for over 10 years and would highly recommend him to anyone interested in starting boxing to increase fitness through to experienced boxers and martial artists wishing to improve their technical abilities. The gym also has decent cardio equipment and weights, so is very good value for money.

Highly recommend Box Fitness! Tony is really knowledgeable and an excellent teacher. One to one sessions have been a great way to build up confidence and strength after an injury. Everyone at the gym is really friendly and welcoming and sessions are fun and challenging at whatever level you are! Really glad I booked in for lessons and can’t wait to keep learning :)

Lovely people. Incredibly encouraging and supportive. Very ready to accommodate to my level of fitness. Only two sessions in but I'm already having an excellent time and would recommend to anyone even considering going.

Tony is a top bloke and puts you through your paces in a steady and controlled way. Good at explaining the technical side and works at a good pace. Definitely recommend!

Tony & Renè are excellent, they put us through our paces and help us improve every session. The sessions are great fun and you feel amazing at the end of it! Highly recommend for anyone wanting to improve their fitness levels.

After not exercising and letting myself go for a few years I thought I would give Box Fitness a try. Although initially my body was in a bit of shock, after only 3 weeks my stamina is coming back and I can feel and see visible changes to my body. The boxing trainers are very experienced, enthusiastic and also welcoming to novices like myself.
There's plenty of equipment to play with in the gym. It's a nice, clean relaxed place. Regardless of age or gender or experience I would genuinely recommend 'Box Fitness Ltd'.

Had 8 sessions so far. Tony and Ren are fantastic. Work you extremely hard but make it fun. Just booked in for another 10 sessions and since going I have lost 3 Stone since August. Highly recommend to anyone
