Have been going for about half a year regularly so here is my review.
Good cost,
Has wide variety of equipment, although I miss the generic calves exercise machine.
No shelves in showers,
No hair dryer in men changing rooms witch is really needed during winter time.
Staff is not helpful and even rude sometimes. Once I witnessed cleaners cleaning walls with high pressure in changing area while some people were changing, without a single care, and later giggling like little children when one customer was going to showers naked.

I joined the gym on a trial basis as I was loyal Fitness First member and have been for a while with Fitness First. I have to say I am not one for quick change but I was so impressed after my 3 weeks of use at the Easy Gym East Ham, that I have decided not to return to the Fitness First where I had excellent service which has been matched at the Easy Gym in East Ham. The service provided by the Manageress, the Assistant Manager and the pack leaders is excellent. In any gym you will get people who bring street attitude to the gym that disrupts the gym environment and poses danger to both staff members and gym users alike. Having used the gym for the month of June I feel it is excellent value for money and excellent on the cleanliness as the cleaning staff are always cleaning the equipment so thoroughly that even an OCD conditioned person will feel comfortable using the equipment. As for recommendations as I have lived in East Ham for over 30 years I guess you can just equate the number of recommendations I have made with the number of people I know in the Newham. I will not brag about the number as I don't think that will do any justice what-so-ever. As recommending is one thing and getting those people in to join is another. So only silent time will tell the attraction the gym will have that is excellently located. I think street attitude needs to be kept out of the gym as it is a public area just as a shop and civility needs to be practiced by any gym user in times of an issue. I will re-iterate well done to the Manageress, Assistant Manager and the Pack Leaders. Oh one more thing can we please have the plants in those lovely large troughs that look so lonely. I hope I have not offended anyone as this is not the intention. You all have a good weekend as its going to be a HOT one.

Great gym. The staff are helpful and there are loads of weights and cardio machines. It would be nice if the showers had doors with locks rather than just a curtain or if there was a place to keep towels. It would also be beneficial to have some sort of mirror near the squat racks to allow form monitoring

I just started my second month here and I love this gym! I would like to mention that I had good experience with all the staff members I asked for help - I had a problem with my Preva account and they all have been helpful, and finally, the problem has resolved. Special thanks for the guy who was at the door yesterday when they installed the new gates..he was really nice, also Debra, the store manager. Thank you for all! Excellent customer service!

Fully automated from getting your Membership card to visiting the gym anytime 24/7.
Excellent quality equipments and a wide range of them.
It can get very busy after work hours between 5-8pm with a lot of equipment being used.
A lot of classes can be found on the website timetable or you can ask a staff member during the daytime.
Lockers are also open 24/7 for everyone.

Great gym for the monthly membership for only £20 a month, great range of gym equipment and a lot of it so you dont need to wait around to use the equipment. Wouldn’t go between 5pm - 10pm as it gets packed out and weights all over the place. the gym staff can be rude unless you hire them to be your personal trainer which shouldn’t be the case. Customer service is poor other then the staff overall a good gym

This gym is open 24 hours / 7 days a week. A winner for me and my health. They offer a personal trainer too. It's around £25-£30 per session and each session is around an hour but if your new to keeping fit and it's your 1st time in a gym then flrvsurw I'd recommend getting a personal trainer for the 1st 5 or 10 sessions. All the best 5* from me.

Good value for money, plenty of equipment. Over crowded 6-8pm. Free locker, you just need to bring your own lock. Overall nice local gym, no swimming pool though. Highly recommended.
