I am 62 and have never been keen on sport or fitness. However, 2.5 years ago I decided that I needed to exercise to increase my strength and fitness levels which is when I found Charlotte on her website. I have two one-hour sessions each week and have noticed a tremendous improvement. Charlotte is very professional and very experienced, in addition to being a very pleasant person. She works me hard but I always look forward to our sessions. I cannot recommend her highly enough.

When I first began training with Charlotte she immediately put me at ease and explained what to expect. I have now been training with her for a couple of years, as well as having massages (both sports and pregnancy), and I would highly recommend her services. Charlotte is professional, friendly and really considers your needs to help you achieve your goals.

Have been to Charlotte for personal training Pilates classes and many massages all of which have been excellent. If you want a proper sports massage this is where to come or relax with an Indian head massage. She knows her stuff and will put you through your exercise session with understanding and professionalism - thoroughly recommend!

I have now visited Fitness Pro 24 7 on numerous occasions for personal training sessions, massage and pre/post natal fitness. Every time I received a fully professional and friendly service, that made me feel relaxed and at ease. Charlotte offered me advice during my sessions which I am able to utilise not only within my sessions with her, but also in my general day to day fitness. Her studio is very accommodating and easy to access. I will definitely be recommending Fitness Pro 24 7 in the future.

About five years ago, I was fortunate enough to meet Charlotte at my local gym.

I have always had the philosophy of trying my best to keep as fit as possible but was beginning to feel my age. Having a desk based job didn’t help. I was struggling with back problems and general aches and pains and had reluctantly accepted that my best years were behind me. Even getting out of bed in the morning was a struggle.

Charlotte advised how important stretching and posture is for the wellbeing of the body and explained how muscle tightness in one area of the body has a domino effect on other parts of the body.

I had nothing to lose so decided to start attending her stretch classes. I’ve not looked back since. With her guidance and assistance, my physical state has been transformed way beyond my expectations.

Carrying out a basic stretch routine a couple of times a week has been invaluable for me. I can honestly say that I feel years younger, have never been as flexible as I am now and barely suffer with any pain.

Such massive reward for so little effort.

I would 100% recommend Charlotte to anyone. There is no age barrier and you're never too old to start.

Charlotte does a great Pilates session, age is no barrier for her gentle but thorough exercise regime.
The session is very informal, friendly and often some lighthearted moments.
Thoroughly recommended.

Charlotte is thoroughly professional, but so friendly at the same time. She puts you at ease which is hugely important for anybody wanting to lose a large amount of weight (as it can be nerve wracking).

In my early 40s, as a previously very fit person I suffered a bad, lingering back injury which impacted my whole life. After years of treatment and suffering the clinic that helped the most kept giving my stretch and Pilates exercises to do as part of my coping regime as well as encouraging me that a stronger core was the only way to really help me.

A friend recommended me to Charlotte's stretch class 3 years ago which I thought might help a little. In fact, it helped a whole lot. I joined her Pilates group which again is fantastic, and I am certain has contributed hugely to me now being (back wise) the best I have been. I no longer have nor fear the locking spasms and am pretty certain I have gained some height back. As a bonus Pilates is also a great way of clearing your mind on a Friday!

We all happily spend money on maintenance for our cars and assume our bodies will endure anything with no investment. Probably for the same price as regular servicing on my car Charlotte has helped me to achieve the best skeletal and core health I have had for years.
