Could do with some plate loaded machines like a incline chest press but its a OK gym and the staff are OK all so

A great little gym that has everything you need to get a good workout. There is plenty of cardio equipment, lots of free weights and weight machines.

typically its a fairly quiet gym and you never really have to wait to use any equipment.

the only downside is that the gym is only open during out of school hours.

Great gym . Friendly staff and not as busy as some .

Regularly play badminton here and facilities are always looking clean and smart. Plenty of parking available. Staff are always friendly and happy to help.

Lots of equipment, never overly busy and a very pleasant experience. Would recommend.

A simple clean and easy gym. I looked at many gyms but chose this one. Only reason it's a 4 star is because of its unusual opening ans closing times. However the facilities are superb! I recommend it 🙂

terrible smells like eggie burp and sick staff were terrible
