Good at first, but recently broke into the padlocked locker without notice. I do not know where my gear is . No time to chase after manager. A polite notice on changing room wall would have been nice and considerate. Sorry I did not read the small print as one staff member pointed out. Thank you to the supportive staff member who tried to help. After 4 years I have gone to another recently opened gym.now.

Excellent large facilities in Central town. All available equipment at certain time. Between 3.30pm to 9.pm Monday to friday very busy. Shower, changing room are always clean. Open anytime

Great place to workout with terrific staff. If you're looking for a gym I guarantee you'll have a fun time here!

Huge gym by pure standards but let down by the lack of free parking thanks to NCP the biggest robbing barstewards in the parking game. Reflected in the price though

Nice gym with a good lay out. The staff are nice and I've never had a problem with any of my visits.

Maintained well, equipment is clean and they have great range for different workout types. Staff are friendly and approachable.

As the name goes, it's just a gym and doesn't feature other facilities like sauna or swimming etc... There are showers and lockers.

I wish there was more space for warm-ups/ body stretch/ yoga.

One of the best gym where I've ever been in... Comfy ambient, a variety of fitness equipment, cleaning areas, friendly staff. I'm glad to be a part of the people who workout here.
They rearranged the equipments around the gym, plus they added more equipment.

A good variety of equipment and friendly staff. It gets pretty chaotic at peak times but that's the same everywhere, just gotta work around it. My only nitpick is that the music is often too loud. I, like many gym goers wear headphones during my workout and even on full volume I can't drown out the background music.
