A bit of a gym virgin but I was made to feel really welcome, the workouts are great fun, great place to spend my lunch breaks!!

A gym for everyone ! Great value for money , clean and not too many meat heads ! Staff are a treat aswell ! X

Relaxed inclusive and friendly atmosphere, with full range of modern machines and free weights as you'd expect. Lots of help on hand too.

Best. Gym. EVER. wish i lived in Rye i would join immediately as I checked out all the others and Harbour is easily the best. Super friendly too. See you soon i hope.

Has set up a camera that looks directly into our family home?

This has to be the dirtiest most unhygienic gym I have ever been too. I get that gyms can get messy but this has had little to no care and cleaning. Cobweb’s on most machines nothing has been cleaned in what looks like years. Massive build up of Dust and god knows what On EVERY piece of equipment. Rusty machines with 0 staff office always empty!! Who do I complain to??
Bent bar on squat rack. cables broken on the cable machine. Only one side works. X Trainer and row machines never been oiled/greased or taken care of!! can’t change lvl on one of them. Piece of cardboard holding the rower lvl on Max with rusted chained. Bike machines have straps missing on one peddle. Only thing good about this place is the location. has potential to be a good gym if it only had some staff or a owner that cares about it. Will check it out again in future.
If the owner or staff see this post. Then please take this as constructive criticism for you to step up and fix your gym.

Got a week pass while on holiday nearby. Has everything you could need and Gavin was friendly and helpful. Will 100% use this gym next time I'm local.
