Prime MMA Gym

A great gym. Sammy really cares about his students whether you are just looking to get fit or are interested in competing. Boxing, kick boxing and Jujitsu. They also do woman only boxing classes. Everyone is friendly and no egos.

I've been training at Prime MMA for around 3 years and its been one of the best decisions of my life.

Head coach Sammy has a wealth of knowledge, is super approachable and dedicates all his time to this game. He's not only my mentor, he's a brother for life ❤

There's a great atmosphere at the gym, egos are left at the door and everyone training is there to support you.

It's quite daunting joining your first MMA gym but you'll feel like you're part of the family right away.

Great gym, have only trained here for a short amount of time but everyone makes you feel welcome the moment you walk through the door, regardless of your goal, sammy the owner and head coach is committed to the gym and to all the students that attend and this shows in the progress that his students make. If you are looking for fitness or to be a competitive fighter I recommend prime mma.

Im a regular at the gym. Best gym ive ever been to purely because of the camaraderie. The coach is a veteran in this game with tons of experience. If you want to compete or get fit this is the place to be!! They’ll take you from journeyman to champion.

I’ve trained on and off at Sammy’s prime mma and honestly not only are the other students great people and very respectful and genuine but Sammy the owner is truly a master of coaching the way he teaches and helps us second to none I have moved away but honestly no gym shows you more respect and you feel so welcome than prime Dunstable mma!!

I’ve been going to prime mma since I was 15 I am now 20 and in these last 5 years and I’ve not only learnt to box from head coach Sammy and the rest of the team but I’ve also made so many friends along the way who are so willing to help one another. If anyone is thinking of stepping into a mma gym there should be no hesitation at Prime everybody makes everybody feel welcome no matter the ability or experience.

Best place I’ve ever trained, great feel and knowledgable coaching. Glad I signed up and wish I had signed up a long time ago, if you want to learn boxing, kick-boxing or anything else on there list I highly recommend getting a membership as soon as you can!
