I joined énergie fitness about 2 weeks ago making a switch from another gym, and it’s one of the best moves I made. I dealt with Lee and Tom mostly who are very friendly and easy to talk to. The members are friendly and all the staff are very friendly. Thank you to the staff of LB énergie fitness for providing an amazing service. Highly recommend.

I cannot recommend this gym enough, the staff are friendly, professional and supportive. The classes are amazing, particularly those with Lucy Andrews, Gianni, Chris and Gemma.
I have learnt so much from them all and I have become stronger plus lost 2 stone, so a great outcome.

I would like to thank the Manager, Lee and all the staff, of Energie Fitness Leighton Buzzard for all their kindness, positive support, and professionalism. They are a team of inspiration and fabulous fun and hard working people and are a credit to their dedication in their own field of special classes and training, especially Lucy Andrews and Gemma Briggs. Nothing is too difficult to manage.
I’ve had the pleasure of doing many an online class with them throughout ‘lockdown’ and working together at the gym which was a fabulous experience. As a retired person over the age of 65, I can thoroughly recommend this well equipped gym, in all your fitness needs, whether it’s for Personal Training, Strength training, Dance, Pilates, Spin, etc. For such a positive journey. Never say never.

Decent gym. But whoever controls the music clearly loved 2010-2012 and can't let it go as it's the ONLY playlist that they play. I wonder if they've heard of apple music and Spotify?

The positives are the price and opening hours but it’s getting worse and worse, the majority of the barbells are bent. Pretty much all the machines are on there last legs and all the cable machines stutter…. If only there were other options in LB
