Ironwerx Gym

Absolutely hands down the best gym in town and iv tried most of them. Great friendly, hard working bouncy atmosphere. Lots of knowledgable people who train there to give you good advice. Quality machines and weights with plenty to go around at peak times. The owner is an absolute gent and very generous donating portions of the gyms earnings to charity. so not only are you getting fit in a great environment your doing your bit for local charities. I'd never leave this gym 😁

Owner is friendly and offers help and advice on form if you need it. He's a chatty bloke and spot on!

The gym is old school with mostly just lifting equipment and weights. A few treadmills and bikes in there but this gym isn't about that. Everything you need to become physically bigger and better for a fantastic price.

Got to be the best gym in the area. Excellent range of equipment and always kept perfectly maintained by the friendliest most supportive gym owner Keith. Caters for and welcomes all abilities and fitness levels.

Great gym, very warm welcome from Keith and had everything you need for a workout. Feels like your home gym even when you only have a day membership.

Ironwerx is by far the best gym I have been to! This is a serious gym for training. Being a girl, I was nervous about joining a bodybuilding gym however, everyone was really friendly and just got on with their training.

There is plenty of equipment, so you are never having to wait around. The option to pay for a key to enter outside of the standard hours was an amazing add on feature! Really allows you to fit training around your own schedule.

The gym is very safe with wipes and sanitiser available around the gym. The booking system only allows for a limited number of people in the gym to avoid crowding and ensuring people can still keep distance.

The owner Keith very friendly and professional. The gym environment is really set up like a community which I loved. Sadly due to relocation I had to leave this gym, I am still trying to find a gem like this locally and it is difficult.

Massive selection of ace free weights...no hanging about waiting during workout for folk to finish utilising them. Also good selection of machines.

Unable to train at any time but very early in morning so extremely grateful to Keith the friendly owner who will organise a keys for a fee...basically priceless to a lifelong weights trainer like myself.

Big thanks to Keith for this facility and making it available to me.
