With a background in elite sport (rower), Callum brings knowledge and experience from high level performance to each training session, yet is able to connect with and inspire all levels of ability. It feels like he has genuinely spent time before each training session putting thought into my previous performance with fresh ideas to help push me to my potential. With creativity and inventiveness, Callum manages to make each session feel bespoke. He is a natural coach with a highly intuitive sense of what is possible on the day, often to my own surprise!

I row at club level and really wanted to improve my technique on the water, plus build on my 30r20 and 5k erg scores. Having read that Callum is a rowing coach and has rowed as a professional athlete himself, I contacted him to see whether he could help. He gave me a structured program and within a month my erg splits had improved massively - I also PB'd on my 5k. I am a lot more efficient on the water and I have gained a lot more confidence in my ability! Highly recommend Callum, he is brilliant!

Callum is easily the best personal trainer I've ever worked with, and he has achieved much more effective, and I hope lasting change than I've experienced before. I strongly recommend him.

My strength and fitness have improved hugely, but equally importantly so have my confidence, motivation and commitment. Other PTs in the past have seemed content to have their clients plateau out, keep repeating the same exercises, and lack a proper sense of a goal to reach and targets to meet along the way.

With a background in elite sport, Callum is the opposite of this - sessions are well thought out, with a systematic programme behind them, focused on incremental improvement and development. After a little over three months (perhaps 30 sessions) I look and feel very different - and it feels like there is much further to go.

I have also been struck that old injuries that dogged my progress in the past have not come back - unlike with other PTs in the past who basically seemed interested only in banging out heavier and heavier weights as quickly as possible.

Also, Callum's a great person who's fun and easy to be around - he's kind and thoughtful and genuinely committed to his clients. I can't recommend enough.

I have been training with Callum for the past two months and couldn’t be happier with the results.

I used to find the prospect of losing weight daunting but Callum made it seem very manageable and even fun. He took the time to listen to what I wanted to achieve and perfectly tailored the sessions and my nutrition to my goals. The sessions were always enjoyable and it was great to see myself getting stronger week by week. It’s clear that Callum has a lot of experience and knowledge when it comes to fitness.

I am pleased to say I have lost 5kg in just two months. I would highly recommend him as a PT to anyone interested!

It’s been great to work with Callum over the past 9 months! Having come back from injury, he created a bespoke programme to build up my strength, updating it each week against my progress. His focus on technique has been great and has helped increase my confidence with different compound movements. Even when I broke my toe, he successfully altered the programme so I could continue training! I highly recommend him to anyone wanting to improve their strength and fitness!

Ive been training with Callum for 4 months. Having hit middle aged, 2.5 stone over weight and aching everywhere prematurely, I needed professional help finally realising good intentions alone would be insufficient.
I’m not naturally comfortable in gym situations and despite trying a number of times in the past I haven’t been able to overcome this and that has been the main cause of failure.
Callum however, being extremely empathetic and patient, very quickly settled me in to this alien environment and now, set a task, I am perfectly happy to go solo and do what feels like a worthwhile session alone.
Furthermore, his knowledge is at the level you’d expect of an elite athlete, but with no hint of arrogance, which is so important in what is for so many quite an intimidating environment.
As a result I’ve very quickly settled into a programme that is delivering weekly identifiable results in increased strength, (up over 60% on initial tests) and reduced weight (down 2 stone, with just a few pounds to go).
I absolutely have no hesitation in recommending Callum to guide you through your training. He will not go through the motions and just collect your money. If you’re no fully invested he is prepared to sack you as a client. With Callum you will achieve your goals, whatever level of experience you have already. 10/10.

I started with an injury and the physio recommended strength training after treatment.
So I started with Callum who demonstrated an athlete’s understanding of what was required.
After two sessions I booked three sessions a week because I could feel my legs , my core and my glutes all making massive progress. Then I started playing tennis again and experienced much better stability and recovery. Next week I have entered the European championships in Croatia. I have great expectations.
