The best place to workout on the Fylde Coast! The staff are friendly, accommodating and knowledgeable. Top of the range equipment, no two workouts are ever the same, immaculately clean and super stylish decor. I would challenge you to find a better bunch of people to work out with every day. Best decision I ever made!!!

Sargent fitness is THE gym you want to be at for professional guidance, motivation and results. The sessions are well planned out and never the same, all done in a friendly and welcoming environment for any level you are at.
Don't go it alone, if you want results join this gym, and really good value for money

Amazing gym and staff. Been going for nearly 3 years now and having used a lot of gyms over the years this is by far the best one I've been a member of. The work outs are great and you always feel motivated to come. There is a great atmosphere inside the gym from both staff and customers. I would highly recommend Sargent Fitness for both beginners and experienced gym go'ers.

It's unfortunate that there are 2, 1 star reviews here from people who have never stepped foot inside this gym. I strongly suspect it's because they didn't like being told to clean up after themselves after allowing their dog to mess everywhere night after night.

Unbelievable place. Staff are very friendly and knowledgeable. Also not met a SF member in 6 months that I don’t get on with.
Varied workouts with basically a 1 to 1 service as the staff will help with technique or adjusting any exercise that is planned for the any given workout. Great knowledge on best way to return from injury, whilst also knowing each members limits.
I’ve tried cross-fit, and standard gym memberships. But SF is perfect.
Very clean gym, great facilities, and great value. Thanks so much for helping me find confidence and fitness again.

Having travelled up and down the country, I have used many different gyms and I have to say this was one of my favourites. The owners are very friendly and it has a great atmosphere. Not only are the staff motivational but the other members are too. It has a really nice ‘community feel’ which is great to see. If you’re in the blackpool area I’d 100% recommend this gym, for all abilities.

Sargent Fitness is fantastic!

The workouts are fun, the fellow members are inspiring and the workouts are led by trainers who give hands on instant feedback and adjustments during the workouts with just the right amount of encouragement.

You will not do the same workout twice and if you go you will see the results without question. It's a life changing gym experience and I recommend it highly to anyone.

I've previously joined most of the bigger local gyms and quit not long after. Not really knowing what to do and not seeing any results I'd just get bored! I've been at SF for 6 months now and consistently going 3-6 times a week. The workouts are different everyday and there are several slots mornings and evenings. Jack and Rachel make the classes really fun, they know all of the members and make sure you get the best out of the workouts for your ability. Highly recommend to anyone regardless of fitness level to give it a try!

Returning to sports after months off with an injury/physiotherapy was a little scary to think about. Sargent Fitness coaches scaled down any of the exercises until I felt ready to do them.

Sargent offers HIIT & weights-based workouts that change daily, with rotating muscle groups targeted throughout the week. The atmosphere the coaches create is Fun - it attracts a great community of regulars- welcoming to newcomers and motivational to work out alongside. A great decision to join!
