Amazing person centred yoga instructor who takes precious care of each individual in her classes... But may I recommend the 1:1 sessions, which are beautiful for your body & soul. I can't recommend her enough. A truly lovely who will put you at ease into your body again xxwoman

Dropped in for some gentle hatha yoga today with some bonus yoga nidra. Very clear instruction from an obviously passionate and capable teacher in a relaxed and friendly atmosphere. Highly recommended from me.
