BEST ... GYM ... EVER!
Wow, I mean just take a look at the pictures! This place is MEGA!
To think this used to be the old bus depot on Liverpool Road, it's now the nicest gym you'll ever visit. The cardio area alone must have over 100 machines in it, so waiting around definitely won't be an issue. And I do like the high ceilings and open plan nature of this gym.

For anyone who likes functional and weightlifting - they have all the Eleiko branded stuff in it's own Eleiko branded area, so you can lift to your hearts content.

For people who love the classes, there's an amazing orange studio with a massive amount of kit. And the cool blue Spin room for spinning classes.

Guys: that free weight area is the best you'll ever come across. Seriously. It's like a jungle full of machines and weights. You'll never struggle to get on anything here.

Oh, and the changing rooms have TV screens and saunas too!

And the price? It's so low that it's almost a joke! For all this and 24 hour access for £19.99 per month (I have the multi-site membership, which is just an extra fiver) it's a no brainer. In fact, it's a steal. I'm laughing at how cheap this gym actually is, I just can't believe it.

Seriously, join up!

Wow!! An excellent gym, £19.99 per month is a bargain for what you get. Free parking, plenty of cardio machines, more than enough specialist resistance machines and free weights. Over 300 classes per month included in the monthly fee. Fabulous changing facilities including sauna in both male and female changing rooms. Lockers are free but bring your own lock. The picture is of the new Spin studio, very swish!!

From someone that's never been in a gym, to now someone that loves going! It's a great place. Huge space, brand new equipment, decent range of classes and staff that are really helpful! And the fact it costs £19.99 pm is well priced!

Fantastic well equipped gym. Loads of kit and space. Staff need to enforce rules so that people put their weights back and bring a sweat towel with them. This is basic gym etiquette but needs to be part of the culture of the gym. I train at Strength Asylum mostly and nobody leaves weights on any of the equipment and if they do they are reminded of the rules by staff. The entry and exit method needs to be improved as the Wifi doesn’t work and gym seems to be in a data blackout zone.

So far I have done Yoga and Box step and I am in love !! The gym is so fresh and we'll equipped.

There's enough space around everything so it's not too crammed with equipment.

The studios are airconed which is amazing when your doing a class!

The staff were so helpful and the instructors too !

I just hope it stays this way and doesn't go down hill after a while as it's such a beautiful gym and a great price

Joined before it opened and have been waiting for the grand opening. Had a sneek peek around it on the Sunday and was more than impressed. Was the Tuesday before I could get to the gym and when a pulled on to the car park I feared the worse as the car park was busy with easily 60 cars but still lots of places to park. When I went inside expecting not to be able to get on any equipment. Couldn't have been more wrong the gym is that big and that well equipped that I didn't have to wait for anything or have substitute anything. Changing rooms could possibly use more benches. The sauna was spot ton too just a nice temperature. Can't wait to continue using this gym.

1.The punching bag area is closed for more than 2 months, looks like there is still work to do...They move so slowly with the refurbishing process, depriving the customers of punching bag training.
2. This one is about the people that come there. Mostly teenagers, coming in packs to discuss their entire life while occupying the workout machines. The gym staff should definitely make some rules, because some of those people spend even more than 20 minutes on a machine sometimes, they behave as if they rented the whole venue... They definitely don't care about other's time..
