An excellent 'proper' gym. Everything you need, the most inexpensive in the area, loads of free parking. The owners Archie and Dave and their assistant Tom are a great bunch of lads. I couldn't recommend this gym more.

Brilliant! Just come and see for yourself! Great selection of equipment & everyone is friendly. Tom was especially good at making me feel at ease and encouraging me back into exercing.

Love it here! Range of equipment is great and overall facility is brilliant particularly after the recent lockdown refurb. They’re open on Bank holidays unlike most gyms which is a massive bonus.

Great place to train or whatever else ypu do fitness wise. Good set of staff, pleasant environment and cheap at 20 a month real good value, don't find that often these days

I'm comfortable, there's no intimidation, great support off the staff. Can have a laugh! Treated equally:)
