Booking system not great for swimming lessons. Once i had got my child in has been great. Jess has been a fantastic teacher for my child and his needs (autism) altho a little busy at lessons times which parents need to think of when they sit pool side instead of the cafe and also the pool temperature needs to be warmer!
Overall am happy now my child is in his swimming lesson :)

Nice clean pool and facilities . The only let down was the really rude young man at the front desk . He really needs some people training . Also when I pulled him up on his attitude two separate families in the queue said they had previously had similar issues with him and so did my sister in law . Not the company's fault however as I wouldn't imagine he acts like this in front of his boss .

50% of the showers in the mens changing room stopped working, so they removed it. That’s not good for a gym with 20 sweaty people in it. 100% of the water dispensers in the gym broke, so they removed that too. There’s never any staff in the gym, so it’s completely unsupervised. The changing rooms themselves are filthy, especially the toilets and the one shower. The lockers haven’t worked in years. You can email a complaint, but you won’t get a response. You can complain to the person on the front desk, but they slopey shoulder the responsibility on to a third party and claim ignorance.

The bonus is that you get to enjoy this all for just twice the price of the local competition - £40 a month.

They really need to sort themselves out.

Took my 4 year old for his first lesson, waiting ages at reception as no one there, eventually get to pool lesson but late and told by the General Manager to go through and a member of staff would be waiting to do the register. All instructors occupied meanwhile son stood there at poolside in tears as unsure where to go or what group he was in and no one coming forward to ask. Ended up coming home with no lesson and nothing but bad attitude from the General Manager.
Won’t be returning.

My kids have chemical burns from the excessive chemicals in the pool. They have red rashes all over their body! I've had to cover them in sudo cream. When you try and ring up to talk to someone, no one answers. And the web site is terrible to use to book sessions in.

Online booking system needs smoothing out but most staff were friendly when using the pool facility with our 4 yr old, some individuals could do with attending a customer service course but overall a good experience with staff.

Changing rooms felt clean and didn't have your usual urine smell like some.

Will certainly visit again, reasonable pricing on pool activities.

The facilities are fine and good instructors for the kid’s swimming, but really bad customer service (poor website and booking system, nobody answers the phone, reception rarely manned and when it is they make you feel like a hassle). Doesn’t feel like the staff want to be there or serving customers

Clean and modern, but impossible to understand their website and figure out when there's any public sessions for the pool. Bring back Splash.
