Ladies only but males can get a massage. Normal or sport.

Great womens only gym & classes.

Awesome family run gym. The muscle therapy on offer here is first class.

I highly recommend Sharon for a massage. She was friendly and polite and knew what she was doing. Will definitely be back again 😄
