The exercise machines are assembled in order in which you use them. The machines that offer some resistance and challenge are the rower and chest press. The others are sturdy enough to be used as hook-up points for some leg stretching. Nice place just off a cycle path to and from town centre, genuine 30 minutes of fun.

A lovely kids play-park with "Gym" equipment in a separate area to the side of the playground.
