Brilliant gym as comes complete with top-end highly maintained equipment (Life Fitness and Hammer Strength), superb staff and private changing facilities. I have met some really friendly members to boot.

I've been a member for over 4 years now and the staff are excellent,they are always there for you if you are unsure of anything or need advice on any of the equipment..I highly recommend this gym 👍

Lovely place, never too busy when I go, only issue is the showers water pressure but a small problem when it's such a friendly place.

Probably the best equipped of the Commercial 24 hour Gyms in the Area with freindly approachable staff..Great to see a big selection of proper cable attachments....Only negative Could do with perhaps having another lifting platform..

I can’t rate this gym highly enough. There is plenty of equipment to do a great workout regardless of your goal. The staff are very nice and friendly. Not too friendly though that they get in your face. Equipment is always clean and functional with new equipment coming soon. Especially enjoy the competition within the gym on the monthly challenges

Absolutely fantastic gym, use it all the time. Staff are really helpful and are almost like speaking to friends I've k ow for a long time. Very professional and clean during the pandemic. 5 *
