This is an excellent gym. Very clean with lots of machines and a great variety too. The staff are friendly and helpful. The gym also has a steam room and a sauna. There are extensive free weights available too. Because there are so many machines, you always have a choice even at busy times. The changing rooms and showers are fantastic, with loads of free lockers. Ray, the manager is a very nice chap who is on hand to help out whenever you need him. The prices are very reasonable too with a variety of membership or ad hoc use options.

Brilliant gym. Nice and clean, with lots of equipment and friendly staff. The refurb has made a massive difference. I've been a member since 2017 and wouldn't go anywhere else. Highly recommended!

Went for induction with the gym manager. Nice guy. Plenty of facilities. Not too busy. Excited to get training.
