Great gym that has everything you need. Friendly, knowledgeable staff. Just a shame about weekend opening times.

Friendly staff, easy to sign up and get involved. I'm new to the area and found it so easy to turn up and use the gym.

Different payment plans available to suit everyone, day passes, monthly DD or cash. No long contracts either, which put me off other gyms in the area.

Fantastic gym. £5 per session as a non member at the time of writing.

Friendly and helpful staff, all the people training there were also friendly and no gym ego. Old school and new kit, really something for everyone.
Lots of parking, good selection of supplements.

I travel around for work and I wish there were more places like this, it is the only reason to return to Selby.

Good gym, cheap, no stupid long contracts, friendly owner and staff, cute gym dog, plenty of parking and it’s never too busy that you can’t do a workout.

Tons of kit, tons of space. Stacks of bumper plates and bars for lifting heavy. Lots of hiit stuff such as kettlebells, balls, battle ropes etc.

Lots of pre and post workout supplements on sale at reasonable prices too.

Adequate opening hours. All in all, decent place.
