It's has all the basic equipment for a gym,
Not sure how busy it gets in there, but i did have to wait for the cable machine, as there is only 2

The dumbbell are thin, when trying to grip them compared to what I'm used too

Can't really rest it on your legs because has a bit sticking out at each end

Has a tire and hanging gymnastics rings which is unusual and rare

Not much for cardio workout

Does the job for a gym

Best gym period in wellingborough no contracts day week and monthly pass available. Been going since its opening, would not consider training anywhere else now.

Brilliant gym really helpful staff some good heavy duty machines and a nice welcoming environment 💪💪
