Really good people that welcome everyone, I first went here with my daughter to get her active and she loves it so much she asked me to give the adult classes a go, The team are more than prepared to help and advice no matter what your skill level or ultimate goal.

this is one place if your serious about getting in shape , male, female or kids , they do a women only sessions too,Christian and Maxine are very passionate about what they do,they want you to achieve your goals,if just to improve your fitness ,improve your shape or learn to do mixed martial arts,they are fully qualified and very dedicated,the facilities have everything you need,prices are very reasonable .
