Wow, absolutely loving this place so far!
It’s completely different to a conventional gym. You enter a friendly, warm (with air con) and energising environment (yet professional too) where ladies from all shapes and sizes are empowered to get fitter, slim down or just learn to enjoy being active! It’s just what Kettering needs!
Having a personal and tailored programme reassures me that with every visit I am working towards real results. If you haven’t been in to meet Victoria and the team then do it, you won’t regret it! 😃

Staff are amazing. Helpful & encouraging. Its ladies only so no judgement or feeling uncomfortable. A great place to lose inches & weight & socialise too.

Well for a fatty who is allergic to all things exercise and realising I need to sort this out. It's been an absolute pleasure from first look to working out. If you are seriously insecure, overwhelmed and super uncomfortable in a gym this is the place to be. Weirdly never felt so comfortable or keen to visit a gym before. This is the place to be to start your fitness journey. 💪

This is a gym for normal women who support other women. Friendly team, it's a place I have used as my escape and for me-time. Never thought I'd love going to a gym!
