Good facilities, Nice and clean. But the only downside to this gym is some of the staff! Some of them are very rude!! Ive noticed on numerous occasions that when the circuit class is on in the gym, the instructor taking it, sits on her backside, face in her phone, not giving out any encouragement which i find unprofessional. Also these rude staff members make you feel out of place, and i have also heard a couple of them mocking some of the members behind their backs!! Not all of the staff are like this, but in the 2 years of me being a member, myself and a number of other members have noticed the club going downhill.

I hope the new General Manager can get this club back on track and make it a nice and friendly place to train.

Excellent facilities. Only a 4 as no spa treatments available. Staff really helpful and friendly. Facilities and equipment of a very high standard. You are made to feel welcome and nothing is too much trouble for the staff. Hard to get into some classes as they fill up very quickly so you need to be very quick in booking. Good waiting list service in operation though.

Good gym with friendly staff. Equipment level is pretty good although a bit constrained at the minute due to social distancing needs. Personal training and help are available.
The pool is pretty good but sauna and steam room are not currently in use due to covid restrictions.

Love this place. The staff are soo friendly and I really enjoy my gym sessions. The pool is lovely, the gym is vast and has everything required to have a great session. Plus they do classes. I have spent 2 years going here now and also my daughter lives it too. 😆 🤣

Fab friendly and very helpful staff, great pool with easy access with steps you can use to walk down in to pool with stream room plus sauna and large spa pool. Haven't use gym area yet but looks good and class are include in the membership . There are lots more on offer and u can get day pass been going last 3 weeks and I go 4 to 5 days a week ,very clean and there's a sitting area where you can have a drink hot or cold plus a nice selection of food. Would definitely recommend.
