Great gym been a member since it opened. Great choice of equipment if you want to just come and do your own work out. Classes are superb plenty to choose from so something for everyone. Fitness instructors are top class they help push you but classes are fun. Special mention to Sarah, Nadia and Bob for their classes. And when you have finished grab a nice fresh juice at the juice bar.

Really good High Street gym with really good variety of of machines and loose weights. The gym is always very clean and the equipment well maintained and it is never that busy so it's never a problem to use the equipment that you want to use. It has a small steam room and sauna and showers are available if required.

Fantastic gym with truly motivational & customer friendly staff. I feel welcomed as a friend which in turn encourages me to return and work hard for maximum results. Members at different levels of fitness and all equally treated by this amazing team. Great atmosphere has also been created among the other gym users too. Well done Dumbarton Énergie.

Great staff, great facilities, great value. Used lots of gyms around the local area, none compare. Been going since it opened and highly recommended it.

First impressions are - the size of the gym and apparatus available is impressive.

The staff and owners are very polite and professional.
They give a warm welcome to their customers on every visit.

Staff will attend to all your needs, ie make sure you know the operations of the machines and help you navigate the surroundings.
Personall training is available at the gym so you're comfortable with your training schedules.

H&S - as far as Covid 19 goes there is plenty of hand sanitizers, social distance and you are encouraged to wipe down apparatus when finished your work out.
Worth noting: I wouldn't join a gym if I thought that H&S was in any way compromised but that isn't the case here they have clearly did their best to make it a safe environment where you can spend an hour or so working out with confidence.

Loads of equipment, friendly staff who are very approachable, clean and tidy and wasn't too busy.
