Gym One - £30 MONTHLY MEMBERSHIPS

I’m from Canada and was just passing through and decided to go to this gym…I would consider myself a moderately advanced lifter( I weight train every day at home and have a few gyms I train at there) 1. I would not recommend this gym for beginners. Not that the equipment was advanced, I enjoyed my pull day very much. The issue was the people were very judgmental and give off a negative vibe overall. Ofc that’s not the gyms fault, and I have no issues working out at a gym like that, but may come off intimidating for a beginner. 2. I bought a day pass online and they told me to go between the hours of 8am-8pm on the day I selected to get in by the Worker at the front. When I arrived at 9am, there were no staff… kinda confused. So I just waited outside till this lovely guy came and let me in. Once I was inside the facility was nice and had all the equipment one may need!

If you're into Weight training this good gym expensive but got alot equipment for it cardio a bit on poor side best thing Is a 24 7 gym so can go anytime you want

Great gym and well maintained equipment for all levels of fitness. The membership is flexible, easy to setup, which is spot on for me as I’m not always in area.

5 stars because it’s a great gym, sauna and dedicated showers in men’s changing rooms would be a nice addition. :)

Definitely the Best Gym in the area! The place has a huge range of equipment and staff were very helpful and friendly.

I just started at this gym a few months ago as a newbie, I came up from down south and was seeing which one to start. I feel like it got a bad reputation compared to the other gyms around by it being so busy but in fact it's SO huge and they have so much equipment that it never really feels that packed. Everyone seems to be nice and smiley, some of the equipment has definitely got its wear and tear that could be replacing and the bike machines are quite uncomfortable on your bottom as they're rock hard but apart from that it has everything you need. It's also got sunbeds there £25 for unlimited usuage a month! Bargain!

One of the best gyms I've been to.. proper equipment and we'll set out...plus open 24 hrs..all in all superb...
