Holyhead & Anglesey Weightlifting & Fitness Centre

I went here for a one off session as I was working in the area. It cost £5 which was very reasonable. Facilities wise there are showers and changing rooms. Lots of weightlifting equipment, pull-up bars, treadmills, rowing machines and a matted area with some circuit training style equipment. The gym had a friendly atmosphere with people of all ages and abilities. There was also staff to help out and plenty of free parking.

I go here all the time it's where I got all my #gains my son Also loves it here he will never be as big as me tho no matter how much he comes here #gymrat

Excellent place for a workout. Coaches are very helpful and welcoming.

The induction is in 2 parts so the coach, Ray, gets a good idea of fitness levels for putting together a training program.

A nice little community gym open to all. Highly recommended.

So glad I found this place so I could keep up with my training programme while on holiday.
All the guys are so friendly and chatty.
Theres no way I'd get up at 6am on holiday for anything, but this place got me up every day.

Best gym by far nothing is a problem to the staff you need to get fit this is the place by a country mile
