Awesome gym with great staff. Growing Female presence. Good mixture of mega fit and beginners. Newcomers always welcome.

Seems to have a varied amount of equipment, well laid out although it's mainly weights and very little cardio equipment.
Not sure about the reliability of opening times as members have mentioned neg feedback.

Love the new look, friendly management, owned by enthusiasts for enthusiasts. Great local gym, please support it! 💪🏻🏋️

The best gym in the area although some of the equipment could be updated as with the ancillaries.

It doesn't exist anymore. There is another gym on the site called Shredz City.
