Best gym in Cardiff. Such a friendly and welcoming gym with amazing personal trainers who all offer support and take the time to help all their clients. They really offer a wonderful personal service and it's really well equipped. They offer brilliant boot camps too.

This is the most welcoming and friendly gym I have ever had the pleasure of attending. Fran and Andrew are excellent personal trainers and Fran's deep tissue massages are intense (in a good way!).
The bootcamps are fantastic for 45mins of focused training and there is a wide range of high quality kit to accommodate whatever your style of training.
Try it for yourselves, you wont be disappointed!

Number one GYM for me. I’ve been to many gyms over my 40years and this has been the first place o have stuck at. I’ve been a member now for 2years and cannnot rate this place highly enough. All the staff are friendly and engaging, helping to create a really good homely atmosphere. You also don’t get the meat heads that you find at mainstream GYMs that some find intimidating. Keep up the Awesome work GYM VISION!!!

This is the only gym I have ever stuck with. Everyone is friendly and welcoming and support each other... I have asked complete strangers to help me put weights on a machine and never felt awkward doing it. Andrew and Francesca have created a great gym with a wonderful atmosphere. You can happily train by yourself in a fully equipped gym that has everything you need, or you can have help... My personal training sessions with Francesca are exhilarating! Cannot recommend this place highly enough!

Easily the best gym in Cardiff. Fran & Andy and the staff are very friendly and welcoming and are always on hand to give you a spot, or advice on fitness/nutrition. Well equipped to cater for your gym needs with a very eclectic mix of members. I would highly recommended this gym to anyone.

Joined the gym about a month ago and have no complaints. Always clean and tidy and staff are always polite. Have a good range equipment to use and plenty of space to do your workout. Would highly recommend.
