Colosseum Gym Cardiff

Best gym I’ve ever been a member of. Wide variety of classes to suit all interests. All suitable for all abilities and ages. The coaches are knowledgeable and friendly, and all of the members are lovely. There are no ego’s at the Colosseum. Everyone is welcomed and everyone I know who goes there, loves it. It is also really big with so much equipment. My favourite class is ‘Ladies & Babies’ where new mums can take their babies along and work out with other mums. Also really enjoy Total Tone, Legs bums and tums, S&C, and Partner workout!

I’ve been to a lot of gyms in the Cardiff area and Colosseum Gym is the BEST. The gym is spotlessly clean. It has plenty of equipment (including ropes and gymnastic rings) You won’t be awkwardly waiting for equipment to be free. The gym has a real community spirit where everyone supports each other no matter their level. Overall I’d really recommend Colosseum Gym.

Absolutely love attending Colosseum Gym classes. Excellent, modern equipment, clean environment and helpful, approachable coaches. The one thing that stands out is that classes are for everyone, regardless of experience and ability. The coaches will give you the time and guidance you need during classes in a way which builds your confidence. Great place.

Colosseum is a great, local, community based Gym.

There are courses and classes which cater to every level from seasoned gym-goers to those who are looking to get started.

Unlike a big chain commercial gym the membership numbers are smaller meaning there are always spaces on classes and there are never queues to use a piece of equipment.

The three owners are extremely approachable, knowledgeable and welcoming.

Tried lots of gyms in Cardiff and this is by far the best - such a friendly, inclusive, well-equipped gym. Every member is treated equally from beginners to experienced athletes. The classes are varied and the coaches are knowledgeable and supportive - I highly recommend!

The best gym I’ve been a member of! It has everything I could want in a gym. The coaches are very knowledgeable and super friendly and the classes offered are varied and well structured. There is a real sense of community in the gym and everyone is really friendly and welcoming. I would highly recommend this gym! 😊

Fantastic gym, really welcoming especially for someone like myself who had never been to a gym before! Loads of classes and coaches always there to make sure you're doing everything correctly. Highly recommended!

Best gym. No egos, no meatheads, no mirrors, no machines. All the equipment you’d ever need. Laid out logically with plenty of space. Friendly staff create a lovely atmosphere and a nice community is built up around the classes and members.

But the best and rarest thing - great music played in the gym. No one has ever pulled out one more rep to the insipid music played in chain gyms. Finally a gym where rock and metal is usually played. I’ll never go anywhere else.
