Fantastic gym. The equipment is excellent and has everything you would need for people who enjoy training. There are plenty of dedicated areas for squatting and deadlifting. An astro turf area where one can do sledge pulls etc... Furthermore the owner is extremely approachable and the customer service is excellent. Highly recommend.

I have trained here since its opening, and it was great then, now it gas to be one of south Wales premier gyms, the staff are knowledgeable and professional and there is something for everyone here, doesn't have the marketed, prim and proper feel of a commercial gym, it you train in the neath, port Talbot,swansea area, this is the place to do it. Love the place.

Fantastic gym great classes, everyone looks out for each other. Contrary to other reviews all the kit is top notch and clean. Great changing rooms and a nice cafe next door. Rates for this quality of gym are very reasonable.

Great little gem in Neath. Been here for over a month and I love the place. Very open space which is great as your not stepping on anyone's toes. The staff are extremely friendly and always stop to say hi or have a chat. If your looking for a gym, this is the place to go!!!

It's always a good workout but can get a little busy

I went to get some information about the gym. I was ignored for over 5 minutes, since members of the staff were busy chating. When finaly one of the staf members saw me and I ask her about the classes they do i the gym she just turn the computer screen at me with no explanation or whatsoever.
If I wanted to read a screen ill visit tye webpage.
The members of staff need proper training i how to treat the clients or my case posible future clients. Not intention on coming back any time soon.
