Fantastic gym! There is something inside for everyone! The staff are so friendly and welcoming, always happy to answer any questions or give you advice and The gym is very well maintained & clean.
The fob is a great idea, I love using the Cross Trainer or Treadmill and having the workout personalised. The on screen info about lifetime distance and calories is so helpful and great to keep me going and showing me how much I've achieved since I joined. :) and being 24 hours monday - friday means I'm not limited to finding the time around work & family life.

Here’s your actual review your looking for the gym is cheap and a great place it’s very clean and open 24/7 I go here every week the showers are nice but could do with a bit colder water when I shower I get burned. all the staff are helpful and kind and I recommend this gym if your planning to go to a gym another thing I could say they could improve on is equipment they have everything you need but not enough of some things another leg press could do and maybe get rid of a treadmill or two the yard is a great place to train a bit of plyometrics if your into that if there isn’t a class on upstairs it great for a bit of stretching and doing balancing workouts the overall place is great and have great facilities

I have only just started going to the gym.
They have a good selection of equipment for you to use.
Very busy in the morning, but like all places, it has its busy and quiet periods.
