Best gym we’ve been to! It has everything you need, spacious and has various equipments for different types of training.

I'm not a member of this place, but they have no respect for the residents who live near it. There is always loud music playing right through till 11pm or later. And also some of the people who use it, come screeching in to the car park or wheel spinning out. It just bloody ridiculous. I myself work early mornings sometimes, so have to be up at 4am. But I'm already awake due to the huge spotlight shinning into my bedroom. Please can you at least keep the music down to a reasonable level.

By far the best gym and owner about. Dai is constantly listening to customers and upgrading based on people's needs. Both sites are superb

Closed on friday at 2am when it's meant to be open 12am to 10pm so it will probably cost you fuel for no reason sometimes but the facilities are good
