Best Gym in the area, you won't get a better atmosphere than in One to One, from the staff to the PT's they're all friendly and welcoming. I tried out the other gyms in the area but One to One had the best all round.

Top notch independent gym. A superbly presented and very well equipped gym with modern machines, excellent free weights section, loads of cardio kit, functional exercise kit, Spin room and lots of classes on offer. Not the cheapest gym, but if you're halfway serious about improving your fitness you'd be hard-pushed to find better. Well worth paying for the annual membership if you can - works out a good saving over paying monthly.
