Very helpful, the perfect place to pass a few hour between hospital visiting. Excellent equipment with a good variety of plate loaded, cardio with battle rope and tyre options.

Well equipped gym for all abilities and ages. No subscription required! You can just pay for a week, a month, or as long as you want. Friendly staff can show you how to use the many pieces of equipment if you are not sure.

Used this gym recently when on holiday. Lots of good equipment, reasonable prices, got parked right outside. Had a friendly clientele.
So good I went back and used the gym again !

The equipment are basically antiques. But I love it.

Everything is easily accessible, the rates are friendly, and it’s never overly busy!

I've only just started using this gym. There's every conceivable bit of kit there you could want. Arnie and Gavin are polite, friendly and helpful. On my first visit Gavin showed me what each of the machines did.
Not too busy during the day so as an older person that suits me!
Parking outside is an issue but there are car parks close by so a brisk walk will help with your warm up.

Best gym in the area. very good lifting gym, cardio equipment upstairs, 24 hour and very friendly guys running it.
