I find it difficult to find an exercise environment that I don't feel intimidated by to the point of being put off and for that reason Shadow Valley has been a gem to find. From the moment I stepped in I felt welcome and at ease. The trainers are nothing but a credit to the place, there is a great variety of movements throughout the week, and a true community feel. To say this has been my saviour in a pretty gloomy 2020 would be an understatement.
