DW Fitness First Wrexham

DW has reduced its 6.45 am metafit class which is attended by 11 plus member a week to Tuesday mornings only. Nobody from DW Wrexham will listen to members feedback, we want the Thursday Metafit class re-instated.

Gym not value for money, paying £25 per month for 1 class a week it's a joke!!!

I owe them money because my job got their contract taken off them so i was left jobless... however i start my new job this month so ive been trying to call them to set up a payment plan so i can pay them what i owe. Everytime i ring them and start giving them my details they purposely hang up on me its happened more than 10 times now. And all i get is letters emails saying i havent tried to get in touch with them and threatening to take me to court. Absoloutely ridiculous... they do not care about anyone just the money which i find is ridiculous to pay each month far too expensive. They have made my life hell harrassing me even though i have emailed them back explaining my circumstances and tried calling them and i get nowhere. They have lied to their solicitors saying ive msde no effort to get in contact with them even though i have proof i have. Do not sign up to DW they are rubbish.

Absolute discrace of a club. Manager refused to speak to cutomers and the staff cant do simple jobs. Would definately reccomend people stay away from here

Complete gym venue with seperate swimming pool. Upstairs has large open plan area for cardio, weights and resistance workouts, which creates a seamless flow and vibrant atmosphere. Needs more attention to housekeeping.

Very unclean, the changing rooms are dirty as are the showers, pool area and disable/family changing facilities. If it wasn't for puddle ducks being here, there is absolutely no way I would pay to use this place. Absolutely disgusting.

The gym is good , but the floor staff don't tell people when there using machines wrong and also give out the wrong info when it comes to diet

Great classes and instructors, but awful Membership Cutsomer Service. I did contact the customer service to raise a complaint following cancellation due to special circumstances. The person I spoke to by email did purposely misunderstand my explanations, which were as clear as clear can be; and never follow up on my last email. Was thinking of joining again in a different location as I have now moved out, but I clearly won't.

Friendly welcoming staff ready to help. Everywhere is clean, with hand sanitizer and cleaning products for us to use
