I've known Wayne for a while now as he is my pt, hes set up a place well needed in wrexham, full of friendly staff who are happy to help in any way they can. Excellent facilities, loads if space, great weights and machines. If you've not been down yet its highly recommended.

State of the art, all equipment is cleanex regularly and up to date with current guidance regarding social distancing. 'The' gym to be at!

Be wary of working at this gym as an employee or a freelancer due to non payment of wages! I was a freelancer there.
Also owner takes money upfront for PT sessions and doesn’t deliver the service. Raffles are advertised and never drawn after people have entered! I could go on!

Paid upfront for 10 pt sessions with Wayne, he never turned up or cancelled so asked for a refund and never got my money back. He's a known fraudster and there are a group of people taking him to court now over owed monies, avoid at all costs!

Avoid this gym at all costs!!!!!!!! I was going to have personal sessions and I paid up front for 10 sessions, however due to personal circumstances I could not start so I asked for my money back! The owner has refused to pay me my money back and ignores all my messages.

Warning to to other group exercise instructors - I used to teach here and unfortunately haven’t been paid (which seems to be a common issue).

Signed up in Jan 2021, was an issue with the sign up so had to sign up again, was assured that I would not be paying x2 memberships & trusted this. Upon checking my statements (after I had tried to freeze my membership & they still took payment), I had been charged x2 memberships monthly. Contacted numerous times to query it & ask for refund and have been completley ignored.
I would heavily advise finding another gym in the Wrexham area, for your own peace of mind.

After working here for a year, I left because I wasn’t paid for the classes or hours I covered, several times. After leaving I have endured so much abuse! The owner has threatened both myself and my husband via messages, and at one point arrived close to our home to threaten my husband in person! This action was witnessed and his identity proved! Avoid! I will take this further with witnesses! And then the lies and slander in the comment below, my certifications of qualifications will prove the truth more slanderous accusations! See you in court. I have never been sacked from any previous employment all my previous employers will state this! also notice he is trying to discredit other reviews by people, why are so many clients and instructors saying the same? There is only one mitigating factor! There’s a reason reply’s are turned off and no reviews on the fb page
