The gym is constantly evolving, improving and renewing through the owners' continued investment.

Spin classes are challenging but fun.

Staff are knowledgeable and approachable, offering advice and guidance if needed.

(Very) early mornings are quiet but evenings 5pm+ are busy.

Changing facilities are quite small but well equipped and clean.

Great place to work out, loads of space and equipment

Really wanted this to be a long term solution to finding a good local gym unfortunately it’s pretty much the same equipment since it opened ten years ago. Benches with damaged upholstery, unstable seating pads on machines like the leg extension, actual rust on some of the machines?! Compared to other gyms within the Carmarthen/Llanelli/Swansea area it’s the same price monthly, but the equipment is well below par on quality.

Gym is OK (average) ! Equipment could do with updating and taken a little more care of!

Just been to funky pump, fantastic class, Dylan the instructor is very encouraging and helpful but blimey I'm knackered now. I hate tech but the app is really useful too.

I used D12 for a week while I was on holiday in Wales, great gym, nice polite staff loads of equipment and opened early.
