Lovely Spa. The buffet cart wasn’t great. Our table was booked for 1.30pm and most of the food looked like leftovers.
The lady did bring out fresh when we asked which was lovely.

The staff are all lovely.
But...
The food is over-priced. Lunch was an all you can eat buffet but there were no fish or veggie options for the protein element, only meat options.
It's not particularly accessible. It would make so much difference to have two rails into the pool and jacuzzi.
I think the spa treatment must be set on a certain amount done by square inches, as the front and back of my legs were done, but not the sides, and only the tops of my arms.
However, the sauna, steam room and jacuzzi, the relaxation rooms, were all lovely, and the pool looked great (sadly, my mobility issues mean I need two rails, so I couldn't get in).

It was very nice and clean. We paid a reasonable price of £29 for use of facilities and gym, for 2 hours. Had everything youd expect in a spa. The pool isn't massive but is warm. The cafe closes in evenings which was unfortunate.
The best thing about this place is how quiet it was. We had the place to ourselves for most of the 2 hours, but that could just be an evening thing.
They also have a cool room where you can sleep in hanging tent seats.
Staff were very nice and helpful.

Stayed in the Hilton over the weekend and had been led to believe we had access to the pool etc as part of our booking.

When we got up to reception we were greeted extremely poorly by the two ladies on reception on informed us very abruptly we couldn’t and had to pay £69 for access.

When we mentioned we only wanted to use the pool and jacuzzi not for treatments we were told this wasn’t an option as this was ‘rapids’ this was a Spa.

The service was utterly appalling and we were not made to feel welcome as soon as we entered reception. Don’t waste your money, just travel to Romsey Rapids instead

We all enjoyed our spa experience last night.
When we arrived the staff were very welcoming and friendly.
I was amazed by all the different rooms they have on offer, steam room, sauna room, Stone loungers, the pool was small but enough room for a lot of people in it none the less with space to move around. The pool was warm and they had a shower in it, also like another jacuzzi and also water jets out very strong and you can lie down.
The foot spa didn't work very well and we had to ask staff to turn it back on. Later had to press like 10 times for it to work.
one of the rooms was not working.
Jacuzzi outside could be made warmer as you are outside and it is now the winter.
One member of staff kept coming around telling us how long we had left which was annoying as we can all read a clock. Also trying to enjoy ourselves as we were there treating ourselves and I found it spoilt it for us all. She came around 3 times. Maybe if you need to do that just come in at the end and say ok times up.
Then when we were just waiting for my pregnant friend she came around again and said we had to all leave as they shut at 9pm. I just think if that's the case change the spa times as you should not be rushed to get dressed, you need time to have a shower, wash your hair, get dressed, dry your hair and so on. We are at the Hilton are we not!!
All in all we loved it here and would definitely return.

A nice spa but overpriced massage; if you want a deep back massage, they will only massage your back for I think it was 20 minutes as per their policy, which is fine but should be made clear beforehand when paying for a 50 minute back massage. Very kind and friendly staff though and a nice relaxing trip and spa otherwise with good facilities.

Lovely spa treatment. Water and hot tub seemed to be cooler than previous visits. Food has been improved but not sure it's worth the additional fee for upgraded buffet

I tried many different spa and massage in Southampton and I can tell you for sure Eforea is the best one. They have very good and clean spa facilities. I tried two times massaging there and both was really good and relaxing. Also the spa was not very busy and you can used all the facilities. They have a small cafe inside the spa area and you can have some drinks during your visit. Staff are very nice and helpful. Massage room was so clean and comfortable.
