The experience itself was nice, booked over the phone for Groupon price and the massage was lovely and relaxing.

Would have given more stars however, I have been trying to get a receipt for my treatment to no avail. After someone (finally) responded to my email, they simply said they don't provide any with no attempt to help. I've since spoken to someone on the phone who told me to try their manager the following day but every time I call no one answers.

Surely businesses or other people booking need a receipt/proof of payment?

Make sure you bring a pound for the lockers! The hot stone massage I had was good. The spa was really quiet when I went which was good I guess, but felt a bit intense when it's just you swimming and a lifeguard smiling at you every so often. Jacuzzi is on 3 min cycles. When the bubbles weren't on you could see it needed a paint job. What I found particularly irritating was the cleaning lady cleaning and hoovering up around me when I was planning on leaving. I felt like a teenager on the couch lifting my legs up for mum to hoover underneath my feet. I was sitting at the mirror drying my hair and I went to get some stuff from my locker with the plan of returning only for the cleaning lady to have promptly tucked my chair back and started cleaning the mirror I was intending to go back to.

My partner and I were invited back by the spa due to a previous experience we had. We had a much better time this time; our therapists who carried out our treatments made us feel very comfortable and relaxed, and we genuinely had a nice time.

The member of staff who made this experience much better for us, and even possible, was a lady named Verity. I'd like to give a special thanks to her because even with there being a little bit of a mix-up/miscommunication, she kindly managed to squeeze us in for the day we wanted, and went above and beyond to keep us happy. She really is an asset to the team and should be recognised for this.

The only downside to our experience this time sadly was the disruption from the children that are allowed in the pool area. We understood the swimming lessons finished at 2pm, but since the facility is child-friendly at all times, we did find it quite hard to relax by the pool, as the children there were being really quite noisy. Perhaps it would have helped for the lifeguard to kindly remind the parents that there are other people on spa days and so to try their best to encourage the children not to be as disruptive, but this wasn't the case, and by no means the children's fault.

Lovely venue for massages.
They ladies are very good and can do a decent deep tissue massage.
Don’t really visit in the week days as they have swimming lessons with children to the pool gets very load.

Bit disappointing and definitely not worth the money (£30 and even no discount on Black Friday!:( disappointing., there are better places for less. The staff is very polite and friendly though. Quite unusual set up in the spa, you have to walk all the way from sauna, passing swimming pool, to steam room and jacuzzi that seem to be very old and not working very well. There are ropes in the swimming pool and you cannot use all the space.

Amazing experience, the spa is super clean and not very busy. It modern and nice. The service is great especially from Jan and Vimbai their facial treatment was 10/10, they were super friendly and made an amazing atmosphere.

I visited the spa today with my Mum and Aunt. We were thoughtfully gifted vouchers for Christmas by my brother. It was easy to book via telephone and confirmation by emails. The massage I had was amazing and very relaxing. The staff were very professional and very friendly. We also enjoyed the sauna, jacuzzi and pool. Everything was clean and tidy. The vibe was chilled and quiet and we all had such a lovely time. Agata gave my Mum a wonderful facial and she was glowing afterwards. Thank you so much x We will definitely be back to visit.
