so please with my visit to this spa, i got a gift from my friend of deep tissue full body massage 💆‍♀️ receptionist Kritika was very welcoming and friendly, she even gave me some tea and biscuit while i was waiting. I was advised to come early by another person who booked me in over the phone, she wasn’t as friendly though. I even thought of cancelling the whole thing at the moment of booking appointment 😳🤦‍♀️ , but decided to give it a go. Atmosphere in the salon was great, peaceful music, white / clean decor made me feel good.

My therapist wasn’t well probably - she was coughing trough out my treatment and that didn’t let me relax properly, but I can’t blame her on that. However, I was very pleased with treatment what she has done, it made me feel so much better and less tired. Overall a good experience and I will definitely come back.

Bear in mind - payed parking is on the street and usually very limited. Plan your time accordingly when visiting the spa. Also be aware that rooms where they do massage aren’t spacious. Quite cramped to be honest.

Booked for one hour deep tissue couple massage through groupon and I must say I was really pleased with the service. Booking the appointment was very easy and I was able to choose a day according to my availability which was great! The staff was very professional and polite. I must actually say that the beauticians who looked after us were really lovely! the massage was great and was really done properly. I also received 20% off any facial treatment which was a great surprise. Already planning my next visit

Strongly recommend Volta's. We were greeted and offered tea. Both me and my husband's therapist were amazing, we felt so relaxed after the treatment that we purchased the massage packages which they offer. I also got my gel manicure done as they offered vegan gel polish. Overall a very calming and relaxing experience. Thank you Voltas!

I had a greek woman give me a massage and she was super professional, she ensured that I was always comfortable and she gave me such good insight about how I can maintain a better wellbeing for my back. Volta is a pricier than many but it was worth it, especially since they even have package deals and give you a discount if you opt for the package that day of your massage, even if you just pay a deposit. Love it and will be going back in a couple weeks.

Terrible customer service.

I purchased a valid Groupon to use at their spa. When I called the spa to redeem it they told me it was "no longer valid." I contacted Groupon and they told me that the establishment was incorrect and that the deal was valid.

When I called the spa back to tell them this, they told me to ask Groupon to cancel the offer to get a refund. If what the spa said was true (and the Groupon was invalid) Groupon said it would have provided an automatic refund. By asking for a refund, it is the salon telling me that they are not willing to complete my service for the price THEY HAD PROMISED and if I want my money back I need to file a claim with Groupon.

Honestly worst customer service I have had in awhile. It is your duty as a business to put customer service at the forefront and take accountability for your errors. You literally can not offer a service and then not honor the price someone already paid for it.

Koko was amazing throughout my treatment. Professional, friendly and very welcoming. Would definitely recommend her and I will be a returning customer.

I'm now a regular customer of Volta and I honestly can't imagine life now without Varsha's head massages. They're hands down the best Indian Head Massages I've ever had, and she is so attentive to your stress levels. Been here for mini spa days as well with mum which includes massages, Manis and facials and they're brilliant! Couldn't recommend more

I booked in person & then received text & email messages requiring registration & prepayment. Since my details were incorrect, I did neither. Registration is lengthy. My lash tint was conducted in a slightly reclining chair with no head or neck rest - uncomfortable. The beautician was regularly squeezing past me to obtain other products or materials. For the bikini wax I was moved into a small room nearby. I was given a damp towel to cover my nether regions. The wax was neither the fastest nor best I have had - the end result was uneven. Again, the beautician was brushing past me (a very narrow room) to retrieve products etc.
